Sales Not Responding To Email

I emailed your sales team yesterday about a matter and someone responded asking for a screenshot so that they could help me (Charleen) and i since have sent 3 emails asking them to clarify and am getting no response at all - this is a time sensative matter. Not trying to be a pest but I really need to get the situation resolved.

I received an email from you yesterday at 2:10pm and responded at 2:22pm.  I received an email from you today at 1:54pm and responded at 1:58pm.
Not in sales@ithemes.com spam folder either!

Please respond to the email that we sent to you today so we can settle this matter.
