I just installed BackupBuddy and Sucuri on two wordpress blogs.  On one of them it worked no problem.  On the other, BackupBuddy seemed to be working but as soon as a scheduled backup ran, it crashed my site.  I had to go in via ftp and delete the plugin folder.  Then when I installed Sucuri on this same site, it crashed immediately upon installation.  When I say crashed, the live site looks fine but the admin is just a blank white screen.  I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Hi Rebecca,

Please login to the forum (should be the same username and password as your iThemes member login) and post your question in the BackupBuddy forum.  The moderators there will help you out.

Sucuri is not an iThemes product, so  you might visit their support forums too.

Thanks,

Elise
