Architect Theme Internet Explorer Issue

We just added a pop-up exit to one of our web pages which is on the Architect Theme. When we go to open the page the exit pop up add on comes up first so you cannot get the sales page. This only happens in Internet Explorer  are there any updates or fixes for this issue? Other pages are not loading properly in IE either. But again, this is ONLY IE.
