Widgets Admin Link Has Disappeared After Upgrade

Hi one of my clients just upgraded her wordpress installation on a Builder site and now the wiget areas have gone blank. Also the widget admin link under appearance isn't showing anymore. I don't have a valid login for the main support forum anymore. Do you know how this issue can be resolved?

please sign in with the username and password you use to access the membership area (from where you downloaded the product(s) you purchased), and post your support request in the Builder support forum: http://ithemes.com/forum/forum/64-builder/,

Hi Ronald my login doesn't work. Even after re-setting my password and using it with the username in the email it doesn't work... what to do?

Hi,

can you try changing your password in the members area (http://ithemes.com/member/), then wait for 2 hours (to allow the passwords to synch) and then try to sign into the forum using the new password.

If that fails, please send me an e-mail at ronald@ithemes.com  and I will look into this further,
