How Do I Get My Money Backrefund

It has been several weeks since I purchased backup buddy as well as the extra storage. It has never worked. Tech support wasnt much help and they have stopped responded to my request for help. I have emailed Roland twice and recieved no response.
I'm pretty displeased.
