I purchased the Plugin Development Suite last November when you were having a sale.  I just noticed that the "Period" in my Payment History is for one year.  Does that mean I will no longer be able to download my plugins after that date? Or does it mean that I will no longer receive updates?  If either of these are true, what is the remedy?

Thanks,

Robert

Hi Robert,

Once your year is over, you will no longer have access to product updates, the support forums or your member area where you download files from.   You have a couple options.  You can download everything from your member panel and store them on your computer somewhere.  Or you can renew your membership.  If you'd like to renew, there is a 25% off discount for returning customers and you can contact sales@ithemes.com, they will help with your purchase.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Elise

Thanks for the quick reply.  I guess I do have a few more questions:

What about my BackupBuddy plugin?  Will I get updates?  Will it still work?

And what about My Stash account?  Will I be blocked from that, unless I renew my membership?

Hey Robert,

The same is true for BackupBuddy.  You will no longer have access to updates or support for BackupBuddy.  You will no longer be able to license BackupBuddy once your year has ended, but licensing has no affect on product functionality.  So you will still be able to use it.

As for Stash, once your year has expired, you will have read-only access to Stash for a limited amount of time (90 days).  So you will no longer be able to send files to Stash once your membership has expired.

If you don't want to renew the entire Developer Suite, you can just renew BackupBuddy and Stash.  Again, sales@ithemes.com can help you with that if you'd like.

Thanks,

Elise
