I have a question regarding updating my website banner using the Libertas Child Theme.  However, when I attempt to post in the forum it tells me I am unable to due to 'no access to member forum'.  I paid for the theme. How do I ask a question or am I required to renew?

Hi Heather,

For the year after you purchase, you have access to product updates and support.  If your year membership is over, you would need to renew if you need access to the support forums.  There is a 25% off discount for returning customers and if you contact sales@ithemes.com, they can help you with your purchase.  

If you are still within your first year, you'll need to login to the forum and then you'll be able to post your question.  If you're having issues logging in, let us know and we'll help you out.
