I noticed that my all-access pass includes the Billboard Plugin. Does the all-access pass include the plugin suite? If not, do you offer any discount pricing on the suite for all-access customers?

The All-Access Pass does not include the Plugin Suite. They are actually two separate products from two different brands of the business - iThemes and PluginBuddy.
Your current All-Access Pass includes the Billboard plugin because that plugin is included in the package with Builder, and is therefore listed in your member area with the AAP.
But the other plugins are only in the Plugin Dev Suite.
Have you signed up for our email newsletter yet? If so, you should have received a special May coupon that you could use to purchase the Plugin Dev Suite. If not, I would recommend doing so
