All Access Pass License Owners - how do you handle clients asking for Forum Support?

I own an all access pass and use the flexx theme onclientssites. I have just recently had a client asking if they can be granted access to the ithemes support forum.
I am just wondering how other developers handle thisinquiry, my clients know that I use the Flexx theme on their websites, I guess they feel as though they own the theme and should be granted access to the support forum.
I give clients direction to the numerous tutorials offered for free by ithemes, this is normally more then enough for the client to take over the functionality of the theme - but this client wants more support.
My Question to you is do you provide the client support (this is very time consuming), or when selling the client your services advise they will need to pay $79 for ithemes forum support?
Just wondering how to address this.
