My client wanted a simple site earlier, so I was customizing the twenty twelve theme.
Now, they would like to have a top menu like the one at www.morgancreek.com.
I suggested that I can look into ithemes.
They want an easily maintainable web site, so that they don't have to change the program code to make changes later.
Do your foundation themes offer something like this?
Or any of your other themes?

using WordPress will allow you to easily maintain your sites content through the WordPress dashboard, no coding required, but to customise a theme, the appearance, you need to be able to create the (css, html and perhaps php) code. When you purchase Builder, you will have access to our Builder support forum. Part of our support is to help out with minor(!) customisations, or help out if you get stuck and point you in the right direction, but full customisation requests are handled by our services department.
You can check our child theme demos and see how they operate "out of the box". Depending on your design and coding skills, you can make any theme look and behave just the way you want it..
I hope that clarifies,
