Backup Buddy / Import Password

I'm trying to re-install a website from a backup using import buddy.

I can't remember the password I used, so I reset it in the wp admin and downloaded the file.

Authentication still fails when I use the new password?

Any ideas what's wrong or how to fix? I see that my support subscription has recently lapsed, which is a bit rough.......

Don't worry - I'm going to look for a different and hopefully more reliable backup method.
