Do any of the plugins in the DisplayBuddy family allow users to easily add text (headlines, blurbs) to the images, preferably as overlaid type over the photo.
And when I say 'easily', I refer to unsavvy clients. I would like to setup such a DisplayBuddy function and then allow non-technical users to add new images with text.
Thank you!

Hi Jeffrey,
There is the option to add captions in Slideshow when using the Slider mode option. They don't have captions, but you can see a demo of Slideshow here: http://demos.ithemes.com/pluginbuddy/slideshow/
When the client adds an image (either via upload or selecting one from the Media Library), they have the option to add a caption which is used by Slideshow.
They can also edit an image within the group to add a caption.
Let us know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Elise

Thanks, Elise.
Can you tell me where these captions would appear?
Do they appear below the image, as they do with the typical static photo?
Or can the captions by made to overlay the image, as in some other Wordpress slider plugins?
