Paid For Backupbuddy But Don't Have It.

I'm getting increasingly annoyed buy the fact that I paid for Backupbuddy, now need to re-install it on one of my sites, but don't have the original zip file to do this, and as my subscription expired I don't have access to the file.

As your site states in several places the subscription is only for support and upgrades.

I've asked support for a copy of the last version that I had access to with my subscription, but they insist that I have to pay for it again. This is really annoying, as i've paid for it once already. I'm not asking for the latest version, just the version that I paid for.

We are happy to hear that you are a satisfied user of BackupBuddy on a number of your sites as you mention and wish to continue using it after the expiry of your membership period as you appreciate the benefits of taking regular backups and wish to install BackupBuddy again on one of your sites.

Can you please clarify exactly what is your problem in relation to accessing a copy of BackupBuddy after the expiry of your membership period?
