I have followed the instructions and entered two cards and for both received an error message: The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number.
Both cards have over $1000 available. I have double checked the address, numbers, and security number.
Please help me. I would like to purchase this and need it as an immediate download, not to wait three days for an echeck.

As an anti-fraud mechanism, credit cards that are linked to a Paypal account cannot be used to make payments via Paypal unless you log in as that account to authenticate the purchase. In other words, you cannot manually input the credit card details for a linked card when doing a Paypal payment. Unfortunately, rather than providing these details in the error message, it simply states that a different card must be used.
The speed of payment approval for a manual credit card transaction and a Paypal authorization are the same. The only payment option that has a definite delay are eCheck payments as this is an artifact of the checking system. Making payments with a linked bank account could have a delay depending on your bank.
So, if you wish to avoid delays, use your Paypal account and ensure that the payment option chosen is for a credit or debit card and not an eCheck or linked bank account.
