Backup Buddy Error 3382

I recently purchased backup buddy and I keep getting error code #3382 problem. I tried excluding cgi-bin, and status log but I keep getting the same errors and can not make a backup of my site. Please help!

I've excluded the cgi-bin and any other questionable files and I still cannot get it to work on one of my sites.  It's working just fine on another one, but this is a small site, not a lot of mb, I know I must be missing something, but I can't figure it out.  Thanks for any help you can give.
