Have loaded exchange onto a clients non iThemes site (WP3.5.2 and Kieron theme)  (as it was most ready to sell product).  Installed fine and tried setting up paypal secure.  Kept asking for the paypal credentials every time I hit save, even though they were all there and styed in the form. I now go to the exchange menu item and there is nothing that allows adding products.  I look at "get more addons and there is a fatal error at line 301.....Any clues? WIll post another issue on another thread.....  Additional info (BTW I am unable to carriage return in ie10) I do have another donations plugin on the same site linked to paypal - so is that a limitation?

The not showing products is resolved having turned on digital downloads - slightly curious that as this is the "only category" of product exchange caters for this is not set by default.

Hey hammerofpompey,

While digital downloads is currently the only product type available, that won't be the case for too long.  However, that should be enabled by default when you install Exchange.  I'm not sure why it wasn't for you, but I apologize and will look into it further.

Did you the PayPal issue corrected or did you still have questions about that as well?  Just let me know!

Thanks,

Elise

Paypal details have taken (I think), but can't find a way/link to edit or check if I had to!

Hey hammerofpompey,

If you need to check or change your PayPal settings, you can go into Exchange > Add-ons and you'll see a little gear symbol to the left of the Enabled button for the PayPal add-on you're using.  If you click that gear symbol, it'll take you back to your PayPal settings.

Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with!

Thanks,

Elise
