Hi, I just purchased the developer plugin suite. I installed BackupBuddy onto a clients WP site to migrate it. Followed instructions carefully and uploaded the necessary files to the new server. But now I keep getting errors when I try to run the rest of the install. It says the ZIP file is corrupt or something. I made a new backup just in case and now im just getting errors all over the place. Also, I am posting this here because I cant even log in to the BackupBuddy forum. My iThemes username and password are correct, but it says I am not permitted to view this forum. This sucks.
