My host supports webmatrix3 and runs my site off a windows server. However ithemes recommends running it off a Linux server.
The reason behind the linux server is so that you can change the permissions via CHMOD in order for style manager plugin to work properly.
I'm not a big fan of microsoft products but its ideal for non-tech guys like me and who want to make frequent changes to the website and don't want to hassle with ftping/ file mapping.
I wanted to know if any host providers providde webmatrix3 support and if they encountered this issue?

Here are two Windows hosts I would recommend, they might be able to offer advice too:
They are both good Windows hosting companies that might be able to help you on Webmatrix3 support.
