I just upgraded to Wordpress 3.0 and found things are a little different.

Is there a later version of:

Flexx Theme - Professional 2.4.9

Thanks!

Fred

Hi,

please sign in to the support forum, and post your theme related question in the flexx support forum. You can also always find the latest version number of the products you porchased in the members area,

make sure to add a link to your site, and include as much relevant information as you can, prossibly a bit more than "things a little different",

thanks,
Ronald

I'm not able to register because I bought my theme from a web developer.

Is there a later version than 2.49 for FLexx Theme PRofessional?

Specifically, the Wide Sidebar Top Widget won't allow me to insert a widget.

It always says:

This section is widgetized. If you would like to add content to this section, you may do so by using the Widgets panel from within your WordPress Admin Dashboard. This Widget Section is called "Wide Sidebar Top"

This is even after adding widgets, saving them, and closing.

Here's the link:

Everything else works fine.

Please advise.

Thanks!

Hi, Fred -

Thanks for posting.

You will need to purchase your own license to the theme since your deveoper is no longer around. This will ensure that YOU have access to the updates and support, and are not having to rely on someone else.

These benefits (support and updates) are only provided to the original purchaser of the product.

The Flexx Theme has been updated many times, and has recently been updated to work with WP 3.0, so I would highly recommend purchasing a newer copy.

Email sales@ithemes.com for further questions.

Sarah:

I checked your FlexxThem Professional Page and it says it will support Wordpress 2.7 and doesn't mention 3.0.

I'll also check with my developer.

Thanks,

Fred

Hi Fred,

the Flexx page does need some updating, apologies for that.

Flexx supports WordPress 3, including the new navigation menu features, that have already been integrated in the core Flexx code.
