I inherited the maintaince of a site for work so I do not have the ithemes login information otherwise I would have posted this in the correct forum, but I need some help!

Everytime I upload a header image it immediately shows as being a broken link. If I delete the image I get the Flexx theme standard header. But I obviously don't want that, I would like my own customized header. I have been trying to get this to work for 2 days now, and am losing patience.
