dear developers,

I ran into a little problem. When I want to use the "offline payment" and rename the text in the fields (title and message)
it will not save. It will give the message:

Please leave some instructions for customers checking out with this transaction method
Please select a valid default transaction status.

even if i change the status and try to save it wil not work.

hope you guys can help

Hey Brent,

I'm not able to replicate this issue.  Can you please (always :)) provide us with a url to look at?

Have you tried testing for a plugin conflict yet?  So you'd deactivate all your other plugins except for Exchange and then see if you can save your settings for Offline Payments.  If you can, then reactivate your other plugins, one at a time, testing Exchange each time to see which plugin is creating the conflict.

Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Elise

De link to the website is: http://ex.legocreative.nl

the link to the problem is http://ex.legocreative.nl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=it-exchange-addons&add-on-settings=offline-payments
in the settings area.

I had only installed akismet, gravity forms and ithemes plugins (loopbbudy and back-upbuddy )
after de-activating them did not change anything

Hi Brent,

In the screenshot you provided, the "Instructions after purchase" field is empty which is why you're getting the error message "Please leave some instructions for customers checking out with this transaction method."  That field can't be left empty, so try adding some text there and see if the error message goes away.

Go ahead and give that a try and see if it clears up the issue with the Default Payment Status as well.  If it doesn't work, can you send me login credentials?  You can PM them to me here on the forum or email them to me at elise@ithemes.com.

Thanks,

Elise

Hey Brent,

Can you send me your FTP information as well?  Again you can email it to me at elise@ithemes.com or PM it to me here on the forum.

Thanks,

Elise
