How Can I Know That Backups Are Good ?

Is there a way to know that the backups i will make will be good ? (without any errors) (without puting them live on the web)

There is an integrity check that is done on completed backups that will tell you if the backup is good or not. It primarily checks to make sure the backup can be unzipped (so isn't corrupt) and certain key files are found within the backup that are crucial (like the .sql file of a backup or the wp-config.php).
