Hi dmori,

Probably the easiest way to do this is to use the Digital Downloads product type.  Then you can create a product for the event with the download file being their ticket.  You can set it so that they are only able to download the item once so that they don't download multiple tickets.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Elise

Is it possible to have a custom form to fill out after selling the ticket (ie digital download)?  For example, one can buy a ticket for an individual and provide first & last name for that person.  Or one can buy a block of 4 tickets and provide the first & last names of 4 individuals.

Hi echoleaf,

There isn't an option to do this in Exchange at this time.  There is a feature request for an integration with Gravity Forms which you can vote for on the Exchange Roadmap.  You'll also notice on that card that one of our Exchange users has created their own plugin to do this.  So you might give that plugin a try.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Elise
