I just bought a license for BackupBuddy unlimited and used a coupon sent by a friend of mine.
And after I got the Paypal confirmation, I try to log on and got a "Your account has been disabled. Contact Webmaster".
It's really not what I hope to get after making the payement.
No notification by mail why the account is disabled, nothing.
I filled the contact form about this issue, but still nothing.
What can I do ?

It isn't letting you log into any of your ithemes account stuff (forum, ithemes member's panel, or license manager after installing BackupBuddy)? Can check with email@example.com to make sure everything is squared away with the account.

I have unlocked your account. Locking is an automated mechanism performed by our membership software automatically, if an account is being (or appears to be) accessed from multiple IP addresses. Apparently, there has been a mistake. You should be good to go now, apologies for the inconvenience,

Thanks for the unlock.Indeed I'm using several IP from several countries. I'm living near the border, living in France, working in Luxembourg, using mobile connexion... And travelling abroad often....
