If I buy the personal license can I use the 2nd license for a client? I don't need 10 licenses and would ideally like to purchase the Personal option for me and my client.

Hello Joe,

Thanks for your interest in iThemes!

Yes, this would give both sites automatic updates and support. I'm not sure what product you're referring to but all of the licenses function the same way.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi Gerroald and thanks for the quick response to my question.

Your response was certainly a lot quicker than the contact form through your website as I sent this same question on Tuesday and I tried Twitter yesterday but to no avail.

I'm also interested in being an affiliate. Does becoming a customer help with this process? I've applied twice in the past (as a non customer) and I've not had a response even though, if my memory serves me right, it says I will get a response in x number of days or weeks.

Hi Joe:

Your response was certainly a lot quicker than the contact form through your website as I sent this same question on Tuesday.

Could you email the link of the contact form where you asked a question to sales@ithemes.com?

You might want to try submitting an application again as there are many reasons why applications are refused:

Have a great day.

The question about BackupBuddy was via the contact page on your main site:

Link to Twitter query where there still hasn't been a response or even any acknowledgement:

Give me a good reason to submit another (affiliate) application when I never receive a reply. What's the point? That's why I asked if Im more likely to get a reply to my affiilate question if Im a customer as so far I contacted you 4 times and replies to date equal.... ZERO!

Luckily you have these forums!
