The theme has encountered a problem that it cannot recover from. Please use the following information to try to resolve the problem.
Error Code: php_code_error:64:/home8/nemdasto/public_html/wp-content/themes/Builder/lib/layout-engine/modules/class.module.php:153:Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed Message: A fatal code error occurred.

Hi Dru,

Looking at the error code you provided, this appears to be related to Builder, not Exchange.  Please login to the forum and post this in the Builder forum.

fyi,

the error indicates that Builder theme needs to be updated to the latest version, this error occurs in old versions of Builder,

How do I update the Builder if it won't let me log into my Wordpress account because of this error??

Hi,

if you can't access your blog to upgrade the theme, you can manually upload the (unzipped) theme files to the wp-content/themes/ folder using FTP or your hosting cPanel.

@Colossovision,

this post is almost one year old and in the Exchange forum. You do not have to (nor should you) ever update a child theme. You should however keep your Builder parent theme up to date!
