What is included with support:

Premium support includes theme/plugin issues such as: bugs encountered under normal operation, how to use basic features, basic WordPress help, and basic help with customization (meaning we point you to resources and will help in more depth as time allows). More information.

Support during Holidays:

During the Holidays (Dec. 22 - Jan. 2) our support staff will spend well-deserved time with their families and loved ones.

We can not guarantee the same level of support that you are used to.

Moderators will check in on the support forum, but response times may be longer than expected.

Builder - Glacier Theme Upgrade

I was notified by Bluehost that my site needs to upgrade to PHP 5.4 but to do this it seems I need to update my Glacier theme to a later version to support PHP 5.4.  Can you tell me how to go about doing this?  Is there a download or do I need some type of subscription?  This site is fairly static and not updated often.

To update Builder, you need to download the latest version from the membership page. If your subscription has expired we would request that you renew your membership. A valid subscription entitles you to premium support, and product upgrades.

Do I have to subscribe to just that theme or does it get me updates on all themes?  Not sure how the update/subscription service works.

you can purchase only the Foundation pack, which will give you access to the latest Foundation themes and a year of theme updates, as well as premium support through our members only support forum, but of course you are free to purchase all themes, depending on your needs and requirements.
