Hello All,
My host doesn't use the industry's standard cPanel. They have their own cpanel. I uploaded the .zip file & import.php of BackupBuddy on a subdirectory's folder's. Meaning, my wordpress blog in on a subfolder of the subdirectory. I created MySql database but this database I think is on the home directory. My host said that "if you are trying to access any
application or script through subdirectory, then you can use the
database information in your script which you have uploaded at your
subdirectory."
I am not a techie and I don't understand techie jargon. Why is it that step 3 of importbuddy.php gives 500 Internal Server Error.
Can anyone please help me?
Thanks.
Error on Import Buddy Step 3.
