If you are going to have an online store that has a few multiple items (eg about 6) would you go for Paypal Standard, Paypal Standard Secure or Stripe please? :-)

Hi joannem,

This is all about personal preference, really.  Personally, I'd use Stripe.  The set up alone is so much easier and is simpler to use overall.  If I were to use PayPal, I'd use PayPal Standard Secure.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Elise

Hey thanks for your input, really appreciated! :-)
I am in New Zealand, but I'm guessing that doesnt alter me using Stripe? I have used paypal before but never stripe, thanks.

Hey joannem,

That just might change it for you, actually.  I know Stripe supports Australian currency (still in Beta, but can be used) right now, but it doesn't look like New Zealand is.  You can sign up on the Stripe site to be notified when New Zealand is added:  https://stripe.com/global

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Elise

OOhh just as well I asked! Thank you very much. Just interested, you said if you didn't use Stripe, you would use PayPal Standard Secure. Is Paypal Standard not any good? Im not sure of the difference, but it does need to be the cheaper option, but still secure banking if you know what I mean :-)
