Page Not Found For Products - Plugin Conflict Identified

Hi there - I've resolved this by doing troubleshooting tips offered in similar threads (Resave Permalinks - I tried that, but it didn't fix it.  Another suggestion said it might be the theme (I'm using Builder so I didn't bother - I know nothing is conflicting there). So I deactivated all plugins and found the culprit (for my site anyway).  I'm posting as an FYI in case it helps someone else.

It was the Redirection plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/

Once I narrowed it down and deactivated it - everything is fine.  Yay!

To recap for anyone reading the thread...

On hover, I would see that the link was going to go to the product page...but then it did a redirect to the download file itself...
