What's The Difference Between The Market Theme And The Exchange Plugin?

I'm completely new to iThemes. What is the difference between the Market theme and the Exchange plugin? Different possibilities? If yes then which? Or the Market theme comes bundled with the Exchange plugin? And how does the WP-eCommerce plugin fit in them?
I am confused...

Market theme is, as the name implies, a theme. It has no (e-commerce) functionality whatsoever, but rather, it has the styling elements and page templates that are used by certain e-commerce plugins, as can be seen here: http://demos.ithemes.com/ecommerce/
Exchange is an e-commerce plugin, and will work on any WordPress theme (so not just iThemes themes).
