I received the follow message below when attempting to activate Backupbuddy.  I use Hostgator.

I can't log in to the Backup Buddy dedicated support page. So please answer my question here.

I downloaded the back up file, but I failed to see that I needed to download importbuddy.php.

My old site is gone due to a hosting migration.

Am I completely screwed?

you should be able to access the BackupBuddy forum when you sign into the forum using your iThemes username and password. If that doesn't work, please send me an e-mail with relevant information (ronald@ithemes.com)
