I was told to post this topic in the Pre-sales forum.... Thanks!
You all make some GREAT products! I just signed up for more Stash and Sync and plan to renew my annual stuff next month.
The great support gives me extra confidence in your products!
I have used the rotating images and text, but are the Slides or Slideshow supposed to be used for a
"Slider" or ?
I was looking at Slidedeck2, but then started thinking your product/s may do something very similar. I am not sure if I need that additional Slider plugin.
Thanks for clarifying when I am using multiple images in one place on a page, when are the best times to use:
Are there different "skins/lens/looks" for the "Slider" or whichever tool you think is the best to use for a large, index page, Slider.
I hope that makes sense and thanks again!

This really depends on your personal preference. Each plugin has slightly different characteristics. Slides offers multiple layouts with the ability to add text next to the images. Rotating Images is a super light weight responsive image rotator with the ability to add a text overlay. SlideShow is responsive with tons of different transition effect options. I've linked to the product sales pages and our codex below which contains more information.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
