I'm testing out the Invoices add-on and have high hopes for this plugin and want to use it exclusively as soon as possible. However, my work requires invoicing and most of work is billed monthly. I have successfully enabled invoices and recurring payments, however, I occasionally need to apply payments manually to invoices. This usually happens when the client gives me cash or check or the client wants me to charge their "card on file" (via Stripe) to pay for a portion or all of an existing invoice (and thus the payment doesn't go through Exchange directly).

The Manual Purchases add-on is supposed to solve those problems where payments don't go through Exchange directly, but when enabling the add-on and going to the Add Manual Purchase page, the invoices don't show up in the list of products.

How do you apply a payment to an existing invoice?

Hi Web Guys,

Can you please log in and post this in the Manual Purchases forum? It should be the same username and password you use to log in to your iThemes member panel.

Thanks,

Elise
