Some Questions About Check Outs
Posted 07 January 2014 - 03:31 PM
I've got a course coming out (and want to have it in a membership site using my custom theme)
I've spent the past two weeks looking for a membership software that has the stuff listed below but I can't seem to find one and was wondering out of these what does Exchange have (seems pretty powerful)
Here's that list:
1. Short code to insert check out forms into my theme (be that with stripe or Paypal)
2. Can I set urls to go to checkouts for a particular product (for example if I use an image on my long form sales page for the button, can I set that buttons URL to the checkout?)
3. Do I have to use the exchange product page or can I use a long form sales page (custom) and use exchange as my checkout integration & membership software only?
Thanks so much

Thanks for your interest in Exchange and the Membership add-on.
Unfortunately, those aren't options in Exchange. There aren't shortcodes just for checkout forms; you will only be able to checkout from the actual product page or by going to the cart page if you have the Multi-item Cart add-on enabled and the customer has added the product to their cart.
