you install a theme (or Builder) on a WordPress installation. You can have multiple WordPress sites sharing the same database, however, they will also share the same domain, e.g. http://www.mydomain.com/wp-site1, http://www.mydomain.com/wp-site2 etc. Or you can probably use subdomains (depending on your hosting company), e.g. http://wp-site1.mydomain.com, http://wp-site2.mydomain.com etc.
I doubt if that is what your customers want.
Another option is to install WordPress MU: http://mu.wordpress.org/
