Need To Access License For Client's Backup Buddy Purchase

Good morning,

I'm a freelance web developer picking up the pieces for a client who purchased Backup Buddy a few months ago but never installed it. He forwarded me the email from iThemes containing his invoice and record of payment, but he cannot find an email containing login or license info.

Can someone help me obtain the licensing/login info, or re-send it to him and copy me? If so, what information do you need from me to get started? Thank you!

The quickest way may be for your client to use the "Lost password?" part of the membership login page. This will send an email with the login details to the email address they used to sign up. They can then provide this information to you in the preferred manner.

Will this work for you and your client?
