Hello, I am trying sandbox Paypal payments and I have problem with this: all these payments are pending and I don't know how and where I can change it. Because if they are pending, "users" can't download things from their accounts… :( Please, can you help me?

Hi Rene,

There isn't an option to change the PayPal payment from Pending to Paid; Exchange needs to receive the information from PayPal.  Are you using the PayPal Standard Basic or the PayPal Standard Secure add-on?  If using the PayPal Standard Basic add-on, have you entered your IPN URL into your PayPal settings?  This is a new step, so I just want to make sure it wasn't missed.  You can read more about it in the codex:  http://ithemes.com/codex/page/Exchange_Add-Ons:_PayPal_Standard_Basic

Thanks,

Elise

I am using Secure Paypal option and trying your plugin in the Sandbox mode.

Hey Rene,

Have you tried testing PayPal out of Sandbox mode to see if it works correctly?  That way we can tell if it's an issue with the Sandbox configuration.

Thanks,

Elise

Strange, it looks it's working without sandbox mode… Ehm… So problem was on the Paypal side?

Hey Rene,

That's a possibility!  :)  Setting up PayPal Sandbox can be really confusing, so it could just be something in the configuration.  I'm just glad it's working for you.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Elise
