Ithemes Exchange Failing To Update On My Dev Site

Hi I'm trying to update exchange on my dev site which is located on my local server using desktopserver.  This is the error message I get ...

Downloading update from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/ithemes-exchange.1.7.16.zip

Unpacking the update…

Could not copy file. ithemes-exchange/core-addons/admin/guest-checkout/lib/templates/content-checkout/elements/purchase-requirements/logged-in/elements/not-logged-in/links/guest-checkout.php
