Any Way To Delete Products From User Account?

I deleted several products that users had been given access to. When I click on them in the user's account, it says I have to restore the products to be able to edit them. Is there any way around this, or do I need to delete the user, re-register them and then re-assign the new prodcuts to them?

Hi jgerst,

Do you mean is there a way to edit the transaction?  If so, there isn't a way to remove a transaction from a customer.  You can refund the purchase to the customer, but you can't delete it.

I'm referring to needing to delete a membership product link from the user's My Content page. Otherwise, even if I could refund the user for the purchase, they would still have access to the product link on their My Content page. That defeats the purpose of refunding doesn't it, i.e., the person doesn't like the product, you give them a refund, but the link to the product they are disatisfied with remains on the My Content page. Are  you saying there's no way to remove this link?

Hi jgerst,

There isn't a way to delete the link from the customer's account pages.  However, it should be removed when the payment is refunded, as should their access to the restricted content.  I tested and can confirm that the link isn't being removed.  So I'll pass it along to the developers so they can take a look.

I'll post a reply here when an update is available.  Let us know if you have any additional questions in the meantime.

hi
i am using membership addon but when user try to leave the membership plan thne there is no option there

Was this ever resolved? I'm having the same issue and I'm on the most current version.
