Can Builder create different varieties of magazine style themes, for instance, with a featured content area, content sliders or tabs, featured video, etc on Home page? I think the BSocial Magazine theme comes closest, but it's not what I want -- I would need to customize it. Can Builder do this? Alternatively, any more magazine style themes coming up soon? Another requirement is that my ideal theme would need to be WP 3.0 ready and perhaps with Buddypress integration. thanks!!!

Sure. But it's not Builder that does what you want. It is you or a designer/developer that is knowledgeable with HTML, CSS, PHP & WordPress who knows how to use Builder.
