No Existing Products, To Which I Cannot Access. But My Wordpress Admin Panel Shows Them As Existing.

I had published one product and created another draft product. Later I deleted both.

Now I have created and published another product: simple-product-1

But Now, when I look at my admin panel, I can read that I have 3 products: 2 published products and 1 draft product.

How is it possible? And I only can access to simple-product-1.

Hi javimuz,

I can't replicate the issue you're having.  What version of Exchange are you using?  The latest version is 1.7.16.  Did you also remove the products from the trash?  

Any additional information you have would be helpful.

Hi Elise,

I am using the last version, Version 1.7.18

Trash is empty.
This is what I see in the wordpress admin panel
  • All (3)
  • Published (2)
  • Draft (1)  
But I only can access to one product: simple-product-one
The others don't exist, and I can't find them in any place.

Not sure, but it's possible that the problem arose when I changed or tried to change the slug of any particular product.

Hi Javier,

I apologize that I let this post slip.  I was not intentionally trying to ignore or not help you.  I'd be happy to help if you can give me some clarification.

You say the problem may have arose when you tried to change the slug for one of the products.  Did you try to change the slug before or after you had deleted the original products?  

Can you send me admin credentials so that I can take a look at the back end?  You can PM them to me here on the forum or email them to me at elise@ithemes.com.  Just be sure to include a link to this post so I know what the message is in regards to.
