Hi, I just started creating a website using exchange plugin. My problem is the content that is showing (like a sidebar) on the "left side" on the checkout page. I've already tested out other products on checkout and they seemed to work well. Only this 1 product page that has a problem.

Attached is a screenshot.

Thanks.

Hi Suzie,

Can you please (always :)) provide us with a URL where this is happening so we can take a look?  That's the best way for us to diagnose any issues.

You can go also ahead and test for a plugin conflict by deactivating all of your plugins and then seeing if it shows correctly.  If it does, then reactivate your plugins one at a time, testing Exchange each time, to see which plugin is creating the conflict.  You can also check to see if there is a theme conflict by temporarily activating one of the WordPress default themes like Twenty Fourteen.

Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Elise

here's the url:

if you add the product to the cart, then check out from that page as a GUEST, it then displays the whole page in the left sidebar area.

thank you!

Glad you got it figured out, Suzie.  Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,
