I made 2 test products, one a simple product, the other a test membership. At the bottom of the confirmation page that showed my purchase, I see this at the bottom. I'm guessing this means the card was not charged. Can you tell me what this is about and what I need to do to fix? I'm using Stripe. Store with the two test items is http://www.comm-tell.com/store-2/

Hi jgerst,

It looks like you're running version 1.1.13 of the Stripe add-on, but the most recent version is 1.1.23.  Can you try updating and see if that clears up the issue?

Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Elise

Actually my API is 2014-01-31 (latest) but I found that I had not licensed the Stripe addon on the iThemes Licensing page. I did that and thought I had resolved the issue, but later realized that this is browser-dependent. I am not seeing the error messages at the bottom of pages in Firefox or Explorer 8, but it is showing in Chrome and on my android phone. This is very perplexing. What do you suggest I try now?  If I disabled the Stripe add-on would I lose all my setitngs, etc? Same with Exchange? I tried switching themes but it had no effect. Help please!

Hey jgerst,

You should be able to deactivate and even delete Stripe and Exchange and not lose your settings.  All of that is stored in the database.

Have you tried testing for a plugin conflict?  To do so, you'd deactivate all of your plugins except for Exchange and the Stripe add-on and then see if the warning goes away.  If it does, reactivate your other plugins, one at a time, testing each time to see which plugin is creating the conflict.

Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Elise
