I am having 2 issues using exchange with membership and digital downloads
#1 unable to add shortcode to protect content on a page/post for members only
#2 download error with even when linking document from dropbox.

currently the website is behind a maintenance plugin-- how can I provide you the link with access? i don't want to make it public at this time.

Looks like I was able to solve this issue. I removed and reinstalled exchange + membership.
#1 unable to add shortcode to protect content on a page/post for members only


(However, #2 Download error is persisting.)

How are digital downloads delivered? I've created digital download products, but when I purchase the product through paypal, my paypal account is charged, but nothing happens. How is the customer supposed to download the product?
