After installing themes exchange on my learn dash powered site, it went down and all that showed up was this on the page:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function it_classes_load() in /home/embod1/public_html/devpracticerecovery.com/wp-content/plugins/ithemes-exchange/api/storage.php on line 73

When I deactivated the plugin, the site comes back up no problem.

In trying to determine what was going on I looked in the forums of LearnDash and I found this comment from Justin:

"LD+ doesn't integrate with iThemes Exchange (just the core LearnDash plugin). LD+ does integrate with JigoShop though if you want to use a shopping cart (just make sure your theme supports JigoShop templating)."

I don't want to use JigoShop, and hope to be able to use Ithemes exchange. Can you please explain what I can do next?

Please advice as soon as conveniently possible.

Thanks,
Krista

Hi Krista,

Can you provide a link to where you saw the comment about LearnDash not integrating with Exchange?  The LearnDash and Exchange integration is still fairly new, so maybe that was an older post?

You can see here that they do have an Exchange integration:  http://www.learndash.com/extensions/  You'll need LearnDash, iThemes Exchange and then the "LearnDash LMS - iThemes Exchange" extension/plugin from LearnDash.

What version of LearnDash are you using?  And what version of Exchange?  Any additional information you can give would be helpful.

Thanks,

Elise
