I'm new to iThemes but am trying to build a subscriber area for a non-profit org (CBWOQ) that has a pay-to-see online magazine.  I'm using the Exchange plugin with the Membership, Recurring Payments and PayPal secure add-ons to do create this section of the site - http://cbwoq.wpengine.com/live-magazine/

Bizarrely, when I test the site in Firefox (logged out from WordPress), clicking on the 'Subscribe to Live Magazine' blue button on this page konks out the site logo. The header then runs too big and covers over the <h1> title of the page.  It also returns 404 errors when I click to other pages. Chrome seems to manage better, though the same thing has happened there once as well.

Here's what I'm seeing in Firefox:  Firefox - logo konked out.png

Here's the correct version in Chrome: Chrome - logo correct.png

My theme is called Charity+, built by Themes Kingdom - is this a bizarre conflict with the theme, or some kind of other issue?

Hi Jacob,

Welcome to iThemes!  :)

We haven't had any reports of conflicts with that particular theme, but it certainly could be due to that.  The best way to find out is to test for a conflict.  To test for a theme conflict, try temporarily activating one of the WordPress default themes like Twenty Fourteen and then see if it works properly.  If it does, that means there is a conflict with the theme.

You might also go ahead and test for a plugin conflict.  To do this, deactivate all of your plugins except for Exchange and any Exchange add-ons then see if it works properly.  If it does, reactivate your other plugins one at a time, testing Exchange each time to see which plugin is creating the conflict.

Give that a try and then let us know how it goes.
