I'm trying to update my Better WP Security to the new iThemes version.  Specifically, I need to update my Hide Backend settings.  However, there is a giant pop-up that comes up every time I try to enter asking a bunch of questions and having only one way to proceed which involves changing default settings, allowing my sites to be tracked, etc.  There is no close button on the pop up.

I don't want the software changing a bunch of settings on auto pilot. I'd rather do the settings myself, .  Is there a way around this pop up so that I can do my own settings or is compliance with the iThemes demands required before access?   Should I just uninstall Better WP and then install iThemes?

I have just updated Better WP Security to ithemes security (terrible name BTW)… Now every time I update a page or a  post WP gives me an error message… top menu not available …  or it just goes blank. I have to refresh several times to get the page to display at all.

You guys do wonderful work, I know… but this is very irritating! I've already lost some content changes. I hope I don't have to go looking for new security software just because of this update.

I have used "Better Wordpress Security" for quite some time and been very successful with the operation of the plugin, but with the changeover thus far the results are a disaster.

I have recommended the Better Wordpress Security" plugin to all my clients an all of them no longer have access to there websites.

The intent to improve the plugin I'm sure was a well intended effort however after everything fails the only way to access your site back end is to ftp in ad delete the plugin entirely the result is that we must install some other security plugin to be protected or as has happened the nefarious element trying to break into your site will prevail.

You have single handedly scored more points for the bad guys than any one can imagine.

Please reinstate the previous version for those of us that want to stay in business.

I too keep getting locked out of my sites with the new plugin.  Please fix this issue, or go back to the old version.
