I'm using the free iThemes Security plugin and all of a sudden, my account locks me out for some reason.
Where is the setting for this and how do I unlock my self?  What triggers this behavior?

Dear Site Admin,
A host, xxx, has been locked out of the WordPress site at http://www.mysite due to too many attempts to access a file that does not exist.

The host has been locked out until 2014-04-03 14:43:20 .

We get site lockouts for to many failed logins.  Problem is we have 60 users at one location on the same IP address, so if 4 people screw up in one day, all 60 are locked out.  Don't see a place to release a lockout for too many logins.  The only release is for 404.  At least that's the way it looks.  Is there a workaround?
