I have installed Exchange as an ecommerce solution. I added my products and stripe payment gateway. When I click on a product it takes me to the store page. When I click on the product again within the store, it just reloads the store page.

site: https://www.redandblacklacrosse.com/store/

Any ideas as to what is happening?

Mark

Hi Mark,

What version of Exchange are you using?  Please make sure it's the latest version, 1.7.25.

Can you also try testing for a plugin conflict?  So you'd deactivate all of your plugins except for Exchange and then see if it works properly.  If it does, reactivate your other plugins one at a time, testing Exchange each time to see which plugin is creating the conflict.  You can also test to see if the conflict is theme related by temporarily activating one of the default WordPress themes like Twenty Fourteen and testing.

Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Elise
